2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India only.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and local conditions.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
- Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events. YashTrendz will not be liable for such delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.
- Promotional offers or free shipping may apply from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details by SMS/WhatsApp/email (depending on the courier).
- Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels using the provided tracking ID.
6. Exchange Shipping Costs (Damaged Products)
- As per our Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy, exchanges are accepted only for damaged products with a valid unboxing video.
- Customers must bear the courier/shipping costs for returning the damaged item to us.
- Replacement shipping charges (sending the exchanged product back) will also be borne by the customer.
7. Undelivered or Returned Orders
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed attempts by the courier, reshipping charges will apply.
- Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
