  1. Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

before completing the purchase.

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not applicable once an order has been successfully placed and processed.

However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed
  • In cases where a replacement product is not available after approval of a damaged or defective claim

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of the transaction or delivery (as applicable) and provide valid supporting proof.

  1. Exchange Policy (Applicable Only for Damaged or Defective Products)

We accept exchanges only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for an exchange:

  1. A clear and continuous unboxing video must be recorded from start to finish (without cuts or edits).
  2. The video must clearly show:
    • The unopened parcel
    • The shipping label
    • The outer packaging
    • The damaged or defective product
  3. The exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Important Notes:

  • Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product/model, subject to stock availability.
  • If the product is out of stock, we may offer store credit or a refund (at our discretion).
  • Exchanges are not permitted for:
    • Size issues
    • Change of mind
    • Personal dislike of color/design
    • Minor variations due to lighting or screen differences
  1. Exchange Processing & Delivery Time

Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 2 to 14 business days (delivery time depends on customer location, courier availability, and serviceable areas).

Customers will be informed once the replacement product has been shipped.

  1. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
  • Customers are responsible for securely repacking the product.
  • Customers may be required to bear the shipping cost for returning the damaged product (if applicable).
  • Replacement shipping charges may apply unless otherwise decided by YashTrendz.
