- Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds are generally not applicable once an order has been successfully placed and processed.
However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

We accept exchanges only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for an exchange:
- A clear and continuous unboxing video must be recorded from start to finish (without cuts or edits).
- The video must clearly show:
- The unopened parcel
- The shipping label
- The outer packaging
- The damaged or defective product
- The exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Important Notes:
- Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same product/model, subject to stock availability.
- If the product is out of stock, we may offer store credit or a refund (at our discretion).
- Exchanges are not permitted for:

- Change of mind
- Personal dislike of color/design
- Minor variations due to lighting or screen differences
- Exchange Processing & Delivery Time
Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 2 to 14 business days (delivery time depends on customer location, courier availability, and serviceable areas).
Customers will be informed once the replacement product has been shipped.
- Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for securely repacking the product.
- Customers may be required to bear the shipping cost for returning the damaged product (if applicable).
