At YashTrendz, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. No Cancellations
- Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- Please confirm your size, color, and delivery details carefully before placing the order.
3. No Refunds
- We do not provide refunds for any purchases.
- Payments made through UPI are final and non-reversible, except in the rare case of duplicate transaction errors.
4. Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged Products)
We accept product exchange only if the item is received in a damaged or defective condition. To qualify for an exchange:
- You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the parcel from start to finish (without cuts or edits).
- The video must clearly show the shipping label, outer package, and the damaged product.
- The request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery by emailing yashtrendz19@gmail.com or WhatsApp to +91 9080853396.
Important Notes:
- No exchange will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
- Exchange is only for the same product/model, subject to availability.
- If the product is out of stock, we may offer store credit for a future purchase.
- Exchanges are not allowed for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or dislike of product color/design.
5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- Buyer will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement product.
- Customers are responsible for securely repacking and returning the damaged item.
